Sasha will help manage the firm’s private company investment activity in diverse early-stage companies and venture capital funds, working closely with portfolio managers, global industry analysts, and other global research resources within the firm to identify and pursue investments.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Sasha was a principal at H Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to H Ventures, she was an investment banking associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2016 – 2019) in the Global Consumer & Retail Group. She started her career as a consultant for RR Donnelley (2009 – 2014) focused on supply chain and logistics for Fortune 500 media companies.

Sasha holds a B.S. in business from Ohio State University (2009) and a master’s in business administration from Colombia Business School (2016).
