We continue to expand our environmental initiatives and enhance our practices. At present, we have environmentally conscious practices in the following areas:

- Green building standards
- Engagement and awareness
Getting greener
Our Getting Greener initiative identifies, evaluates, and implements sustainability efforts that complement our day-to-day business and supports our employees and our communities. We encourage employee awareness of sustainable practices at work and at home. We also engage with our local government and community partners to understand how our offices fit into the broader sustainability practices and awareness programs of their respective locations.
