Lucas is an Associate on the Private Real Estate Credit team. He works alongside the investment team in all aspects of the deal process, including assisting the team with origination, underwriting, monitoring, and analysis of real estate debt deals.

Prior to joining Wellington, Lucas was an Associate on the real estate team at PIMCO for almost 4 years after beginning his career as an Analyst for Bellwether Asset for approximately 3 years.

Lucas earned a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
