Caitlin is a venture associate for Wellington Private Climate Investing. She works alongside the sector leads to help source and diligence the firm’s private company investment activity in late venture and early growth stage companies to develop solutions that help mitigate and/or adapt to climate change.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Caitlin was an associate on the sustainable & impact banking team at Barclays Investment Bank (2019 – 2022), where she advised high-growth climate tech companies across energy transition, agriculture technology, circular economy and water verticals on capital raising and M&A transactions.

Caitlin holds a B.S in management with concentrations in finance & business analytics and philosophy from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
