- Waivers: No right, term, or provision of these Terms in favor of Wellington, shall be deemed waived in virtue of a waiver to any other right under these Terms, at any given time.
- Termination: By accepting this terms and conditions you agree that Wellington may terminate, with no need of prior notice, your access to this Website for any reason.
