As an investment director of Wellington's dedicated private equity funds, Will is responsible for the business and investment oversight of these alternative investment strategies. He helps oversee all aspects of these funds, including fund governance, product development, risk management, marketing, operations, and investor relations. He also coordinates the strategy, fundraising, and messaging around the firm’s full range of private investment capabilities.
Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2022, Will was an investment director at Cambridge Associates, a global investment and advisory firm. Before that, he served as a fighter pilot in the U.S. Navy where he flew F/A-18s and is a graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN).
Will earned his MBA from Harvard Business School (2020) and his BA in engineering from Harvard College (2006). He also holds a MS in applied physics from the Naval Postgraduate School.
