As co-head of the Investment Strategy and Solutions Group (iStrat), Natasha manages an investment team with capabilities in factor-based, multi-asset, and thematic investing as well as manager research. The overarching mission of the group is to work closely with clients to thoroughly understand their investment challenges and advise on solutions that leverage the full breadth of the firm’s investment capabilities. Natasha is focused on directing the department and on attracting, retaining, and motivating exceptional investment talent; overseeing portfolios managed on behalf of clients; and driving innovation to meet future client needs. She chairs the firm's Risk Committee and serves as a board member for Wellington. She works in our London office.
