Terry is the head of Investment Boutiques, which includes nearly 50 investment teams working across asset classes and around the world. In this role, he strives to ensure that we attract, retain, and motivate excellent research and portfolio management professionals, supporting each investment team’s success and providing fiduciary oversight. Terry also serves as one of the firm's three managing partners, who are collectively responsible for the governance of the Wellington Management partnership. He is located in our Boston office.
