Jane is an associate on the Private Placement Team within private investments. She works alongside the Investment Team in all aspects of the private placement deal process, which includes assisting the team with the origination, underwriting, monitoring, and analysis of globally sourced privately placed debt securities.

Prior to joining Wellington, Jane was a credit officer at City National Bank, where she was underwriting and managing corporate loans for private equity sponsored portfolio companies, subscription facilities for investment funds, and asset based and portfolio leverage facilities to various credit funds. Previously, she served as portfolio officer in Specialty Finance at East West Bank, underwriting asset-based loans for specialty finance lenders. She started her career at Moody’s Investors Service, where she was an associate lead analyst in both the Public Finance and Structured Finance Groups, publishing credit opinions and research pieces in addition to formulating ratings rationales and recommendations. 

Jane holds an M.S. in applied statistics & decision making from Fordham University – Gabelli School of Business and a B.S. in business economics with a concentration in finance from Pace University – Lubin School of Business.
